   Apparatus are teaching equipment for simulating Carola primary vehicle original circuit,which is made up of Carola's original car parts.Lighting, audio, instrumentation and wiper system are all complete and effective.Charging, starting, ignition, fuel injection and cooling system all work normally.Electric doors and windows, central locking, electric rearview mirrors, central wiring board all have complete function.Anti-theft system, control system, electronic system all work normally,because of which it can set fault through invisible fault box,making students measure and analyse the fault's source through multimeter and special diagnostic instrument.The bench's parts are distributed according to the original vehicle location,visually showing the parts' structure,it is indispensable of automotive circuit teaching.  

Product function and features:

1, Dynamically demonstrate the working process of the entire vehicle electrical system.      

                                                               

(1) 220V single-phase motor drive engine to charge a storage battery,then from the storage battery to supply 12 V DC current for training station     

(2)  Dynamically demonstrate the working process of fuel injection system and individual ignition system.                                                            

(3)  Adjustable speed motor drive gear wheel to simulate different engines'speed, provide a signal source for the crankshaft position sensor.   

(4)  Dynamically demonstrate the working process of air flow sensor.              

(5)  Site operation,real time controls system's components.                        

2, Equiped with OBDII diagnostic interface,convenient to diognise fault in the diagnosis interface for special apparatus.                              

3,Can do resistance's and voltage's test and date analysis.                  

4, Equiped with fault set system,single fault can be 96,while compound fault can be more than hundred.

The product application field and method of use:

The equipment can show the original car CAN - BUS bus system's structure,working principle and teaching assessment, which is applicable to teaching and training of high occupation schools.
